Perfect
Breakfast was good. The beds were super comfy. I had a very good sleep.
The air conditioning thermostat did not work properly. I have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn off the AC.

A very solid 3 star hotel in a good location.
The location was excellent, right next to a metro stop, but also walking distance from the old town (approx 40 mins). Nearly all of the staff were great - kind, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was nice, perhaps it didn’t have as many options as we’d have liked, but it was still good.
The rooms were perhaps a bit old, mostly reflected by the bathroom, which sometimes had a smell coming from the pipes. We did have to report a stain on the sheets (which was there when we arrived) three times before the sheets were changed, but otherwise the staff were very helpful.

Very Good
The staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast is also followed up perfectly, more than worthy of a three-star. The rooms are spick and span and the local autochtone cleaners get a 10/10 from us. Interior of the restaurant Ilunion 4 is very nicely finished though.
The rooms lack feng shui, and the public toilets certainly need to be renovated, enlarged and modernised, but you only need them occasionally. Also not handy when these are upstairs and the breakfast room downstairs. The logic of the opening hours of the swimming pool is lacking to me too. Once we went to the four-star restaurant. We noticed that communication in English is not evident there. The restaurant has a very limited choice, not Spanish and therefore to be left.
